Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque or Direct Bank Transfer to WebDirectAsia. Should you require our bank details, kindly contact our agents.

What are the payment terms?

For packages with a fixed price, full payment is required. For custom quotations, 50% of the total quoted price is required for us to start work on your project.

Can I pay monthly ?

No. Our packages are currently on a yearly basis only.

Do I have to pay for the package every year or is it a one time fee?

It depends on the package. Yearly packages require a yearly fee however custom projects are only charged a one time fee.

Do I have to pay to sign up?

Payment is not needed.

How do I sign up?

After I purchase this package, how long do I need to wait to get my website?

After we have received payment, we will require information about your project. Once we have all information the website will be ready to use in 3 working days.

After my website up and working, can I upgrade my package half way?

Yes you can.

My business is not doing so well, is it possible for me to stop the package halfway?
